Masjid Noor opens for congregational prayer

From Wednesday the 15th of July, Masjid Noor will be open for congregational prayer.

Jamat times :
Fajr – 1:40am
Zohar – 2:00pm
Asr – 8:00pm
Maghrib – Start time
Esha – 11:00pm
Juma – To be confirmed

Please be advised if the number of people attending the Masjid at one time reaches the capacity set out by the government then you will be asked to queue outside till there is sufficient space within the Masjid and we will operate on a first come first served basis

We would like to advise all worshippers who will be attending the Masjid to kindly follow all the procedures put in place by the Scottish government and the management of Masjid Noor as listed below:

1. It is vital to ensure you have ablution (Wudhu) before attending the Masjid as the Wudhu area will closed.
2. Hand sanitisers will be provided upon entry and must be used.
3. You must wear a face mask at all times while in the Masjid.
4. You should ensure that you bring a prayer mat to preform your Salaah.
5. Please ensure you sign in upon entry.
6. The Masjid has adequate staff in place for any help if needed and a one way system has been set so please ensure you follow it.
7. You must keep a safe distance of two metres at all times to ensure everyone is safe.
8. We kindly request everyone over the age of 70 and anyone who has underlying health conditions to pray at home until further notice as advised by the Scottish government
9. If any of the above rules are not adhered to, we will have no option but to ask you to leave the premises
